Key Responsibilities (The "Systemization" Focus)

Template Development:

Build DDA's "Master Revit Template" incorporating our signature "Quiet Aesthetic," standard line weights, title blocks, and locally-compliant wall/stair types.

Library Management:

Convert our 48 years of standardized 2D details (windows, railings, toilets) into a

Parametric Revit Family Library

.

Project Execution:

Lead the 3D modeling of current projects, moving from simple visualization to

LOD 300 (Level of Development)

models.

Clash Detection:

Use Navisworks or Revitto identify and resolve structural/MEP conflicts early, reducing site rework by 15-20%.

Internal Training:

Conduct weekly "BIM Sprints" to upskill the existing 25-member team on Revit and collaborative workflows.

Required Qualifications & Skills

Education:

B.Arch or B.Tech (Civil) with a certified specialization in BIM Management.

Experience:

3-5 years in a mid-to-large architectural firm. Experience in

transitioning

a firm from CAD to BIM is a huge plus.

Software Mastery:

Expert:

Autodesk Revit

(Architecture/Structure).
Proficient:

Navisworks

(Clash Detection),

AutoCAD

. Bonus:

Dynamo

(Automation) or

Rhino/Grasshopper

(Parametric Design).

Industry Knowledge:

Strong understanding of Indian Building Bylaws (UDCPR) and construction sequencing.

Pay: ₹10,018.34 - ₹66,386.33 per month
