Key Responsibilities:



Lead and manage MEP BIM projects from initial planning to final handover, ensuring adherence to timelines, budget, and scope. Coordinate with clients, contractors, suppliers, and consultants to ensure smooth project execution. Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, resource allocation, and budgets. Monitor and track project progress, adjusting plans as necessary to maintain project objectives. Ensure compliance with quality and regulatory requirements. Lead, mentor, and motivate project teams, including engineers, BIM Managers, BIM Coordinators, and subcontractors. Identify and mitigate project risks and issues, proactively addressing any challenges that arise. Manage project documentation, including contracts, change orders, reports, and correspondence. Regularly communicate project status to senior management and stakeholders. Implement and promote the use of BIM and other technology tools to enhance project efficiency and accuracy (preferred good knowledge of BIM). Drive continuous improvement in project management processes and procedures.

Qualifications and Skills:



Engineering degree (Mechanical, Electrical, or related field) from a recognized institution. MBA or PMP (Project Management Professional) certification. A minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in project management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role. Experience with MEP contractors, consultants, or main contractors is essential. Prior experience in a BIM-focused company or familiarity with BIM processes is highly desirable. Strong knowledge of MEP systems, construction processes, and project management methodologies. Proven track record of successfully managing complex and large-scale projects. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities simultaneously. Proficient in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera) and other relevant tools. Fluent in English (both written and spoken).
