Job Description

Position Overview:

We are looking for a skilled BIM Modeller/Revit draftsman to create and manage detailed Building Information Models (BIM) for our diverse range of projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Revit software and a keen eye for detail, ensuring that our models are accurate, up-to-date, and aligned with project specifications.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain detailed 3D BIM models for architectural, structural, and MEP components. Collaborate with project teams to understand project requirements and translate them into effective BIM solutions. Conduct regular quality checks and clash detection to ensure model accuracy and consistency. Update and revise models based on design changes and client feedback. Assist in the preparation of BIM-related documentation and reports. Coordinate with other disciplines and stakeholders to ensure model integration and compliance with project standards. Provide support and guidance to junior BIM modellers and team members as needed.

Required Qualifications:

ITI/ Diploma/ Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field. Proven experience as a BIM Modeller, with a strong portfolio of completed projects. Proficiency in BIM software such as Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, and other relevant tools. Solid understanding of building systems, construction processes, and industry standards. Excellent attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality work under tight deadlines. Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team environment. Fully hands on with Architecture & Structure Revit modelling. Knowing Interior Design and Landscape Revit modelling is an added advantage. Work experience with 3D Scan data, Parametric Revit Family will be considered as an added advantage.

Preferred Qualifications:

Relevant BIM certification Familiarity with BIM execution plans and project workflows.
