Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented

Mechanical BIM Modeler

to join our MEP BIM team in Chennai. The ideal candidate must be proficient in

Revit MEP

and experienced in developing coordinated 3D mechanical system models for high-quality MEP design and construction documentation.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and manage

mechanical (HVAC, piping, firefighting)

BIM models using Revit MEP. Prepare coordinated models and

shop drawings

as per project requirements. Collaborate with electrical, plumbing, and architectural teams to resolve design clashes. Perform

clash detection and coordination

using Navisworks. Follow

BIM Execution Plans (BEP)

and project-specific standards. Work on

international and Indian MEP projects

across commercial, residential, and industrial sectors. Participate in

design review meetings

and support site coordination when required.

Skills & Qualifications

Diploma or Bachelor's in

Mechanical Engineering

or a relevant discipline.

3-10 years of experience

in BIM Modeling - Mechanical (HVAC, FF, Plumbing preferred).

Proficiency in Revit MEP

is mandatory. Working knowledge of

Navisworks, AutoCAD

, and BIM standards (LOD, COBie, etc.). Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Pay: ₹24,679.07 - ₹61,818.43 per month
