We're Hiring | BIM Modeler - Structural

Whitby Wood Pritamdasani Consulting Engineers Pvt Ltd.

Location: Sakhinaka, Mumbai

Experience: 1-3 years

Key Responsibilities: -

Develop and maintain 3D structural BIM models using Revit Structure.

Prepare structural GA drawings, RCC detailing, and basic reinforcement drawings.

Coordinate with Architectural and MEP teams for model integration.

Update models and drawings as per design revisions and engineer inputs.

Ensure compliance with BIM standards, project guidelines, and quality requirements.

Support quantity take-offs and assist with project documentation as required.

Ideal Candidate Profile: -

Working knowledge of Revit Structure Intermediate proficiency in AutoCAD.

Strong understanding of civil and structural engineering fundamentals.

Familiarity with RCC and steel structures.

Basic exposure to BIM coordination workflows (Navisworks knowledge is a plus).

Experience in residential or commercial building projectsBasic awareness of BIM Execution Plans (BEP) and LOD concepts.

Educational Qualification

BE / Diploma in Civil Engineering.

BIM certification is an added advantage.
