Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Mechanical BIM Modeler to join our MEP

BIM team in Chennai. The ideal candidate must be proficient in Revit MEP and capable of

developing coordinated 3D mechanical systems models for high-quality MEP design and

construction documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

Create and manage mechanical (HVAC, piping, firefighting) BIM models using
Revit MEP.

Prepare coordinated models and shop drawings as per project requirements. Collaborate with electrical, plumbing, and architectural teams to resolve clashes and
ensure model accuracy.

Perform clash detection and coordination using Navisworks. Adhere to project-specific BIM Execution Plans and standards. Work on international and Indian MEP projects including commercial, residential, and
industrial sectors.

Participate in design review meetings and support site coordination teams
when required.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Diploma or Bachelor's in Mechanical Engineering or relevant discipline. 3-10 years of experience in BIM Modeling - Mechanical (HVAC, FF,
Plumbing preferred).

Excellent proficiency in Revit MEP is mandatory. Working knowledge of Navisworks, AutoCAD, and understanding of BIM
standards (LOD, COBie, etc.).

Good communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively.
Software Proficiency: Revit MEP (Mandatory), Navisworks, AutoCAD

Job Summary:

We are hiring a skilled and experienced Electrical BIM Modeler with strong expertise in Revit

MEP to support our electrical design and modeling team. The candidate should have a strong

understanding of electrical systems and be capable of delivering coordinated models and detailed

drawings.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain electrical BIM models including lighting, power, ELV,
and containment systems using Revit MEP.

Generate detailed drawings (layouts, schematics, single-line diagrams) from the BIM
model.

Coordinate with other trades (Mechanical, Plumbing, Architecture) to ensure clash-free
design.

Use Navisworks for clash detection and issue resolution.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
