We're looking for an experienced BIM Modeler to create detailed 3D models for HVAC, plumbing, and firefighting systems. You'll work on design, coordination, and clash detection.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create BIM models (LLOD 300-400) for MEP systems
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors
- Conduct clash detection and resolve design issues
- Prepare shop drawings and fabrication models
- Ensure compliance with standards and regulations
Requirements:
- Diploma/BE in Mechanical
- 2-6 years of experience in BIM modeling
- Proficient in Revit/AutoCAD
- Knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and firefighting systems
- Good communication and teamwork skills
