Job Summary :

The Sr. BIM Modeller-Electrical will oversee and coordinate BIM modelling activities using Revit and Navisworks. The role includes reviewing models and drawings, resolving coordination issues and ensuring all deliverables meet project standards. The position requires to deliver accurate and clash-free models.

Key Responsibilities:

Review and ensure compliance with BIM Execution Plans (BEP) and project standards.
*Clash detection using Navisworks and prepare reports for coordination meetings.

Coordinate with architectural, structural, and engineering teams to resolve design conflicts.
Review and validate shop drawings, as-builts and quantity take-offs derived from BIM models.
Maintain BIM file structure, templates, families and documentation.
Ensure timely delivery of BIM models and drawings based on project schedules.

Required Skills :

Strong experience in Revit and Navisworks Manage.
Ability to interpret design drawings, specifications and coordination requirements.
Understanding of BIM workflows and up to LOD 500 standards.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?35,000.00 - ?40,000.00 per month
