Responsibilities
BIM Modeler will be a full-time modeler knowledgeable either with: Architectural/Structural
MUST have experience in converting SCAN-TO BIM data into usable REVIT files, as per the existing CAD drawings. s
Ability to learn to model wood structures and extract basic quantities and develop structurally feasible models.
BIM modeler should be able to create model based on 2-D inputs. The candidate should have strong working knowledge of construction systems.
Should have good technical and communication skills to interact with clients from US/Europe and understand the project requirements.
Prepare BIM Model as per the project specs, during the initial stages of the project.
Should understand CDE platforms like BIM 360, Autodesk Construction Cloud.
