Model building and drawings of building services elements for electrical services like power, earthing and lightning protection systems, schematic diagrams, schedules etc.
ELV (Extra low voltage) system also preparable.
Basic knowledge of electrical systems.
Attention to quality and technical correctness.
Smooth coordination with other disciplines like architectural, structural and mechanical.
Be able to manipulate Revit family's creation with editing, views, sheets, system filters, schedules and similar Revit functions.
Navis work generation and clash coordination.
Schedules / Quantity takeoff involvement.
Develop ability to read plans and specifications.
Strong working knowledge of Auto CAD & Revit.
Knowledge of LOD (Level of development)
Candidate Specification:
1. Have Degree or Diploma in Electrical & Electronics engineering.
2. Have 3 to 5 years' experience in Electrical AutoCAD & Revit modeling for building services.
3. Have good written & verbal communication skills
4. Be able to work without the help of mark ups.
