Job Description

:

The Electrical BIM Modeller will be responsible for creating, developing, and managing detailed 3D electrical models and drawings using BIM tools. The role requires close coordination with other engineering disciplines to ensure accurate, clash-free, and high-quality design documentation throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and update

3D electrical models

in

Revit MEP

as per project standards. Prepare

electrical layouts, single-line diagrams, cable routing, and containment drawings

. Coordinate with other disciplines (Mechanical, Plumbing, Architecture, Structure) for

clash detection and resolution

. Generate

shop drawings, schedules, and quantity take-offs (BOQs)

from BIM models. Support the BIM Coordinator/Engineer in implementing

BIM Execution Plans (BEP)

. Maintain model integrity and ensure compliance with

BIM standards and company quality procedures

. Participate in

coordination meetings

and contribute to design discussions. Manage

file organization, version control, and documentation

in BIM platforms such as

BIM 360 / ACC

.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Diploma / B.E. in

Electrical Engineering

or equivalent. Proficiency in

Revit MEP

,

AutoCAD

, and

Navisworks Manage

. Knowledge of

electrical systems

such as lighting, power distribution, fire alarm, ELV, and earthing. Understanding of

BIM standards (LOD, BEP, ISO 19650)

. Good communication and coordination skills. Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.

Preferred:

Experience in

BIM 360 / ACC

environments. Exposure to

international (Gulf/UK/US) projects

. Knowledge of

MEP coordination workflows

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month
