Job Description

Develop and maintain

3D/2D BIM models

for civil works including roads, earthworks, foundations, drainage, and site development. Prepare

detailed civil BIM models

using

Autodesk Civil 3D, Revit, InfraWorks, and Navisworks

as applicable. Generate

2D drawings

, sections, profiles, and schedules from BIM models. Coordinate models with

structural, architectural, and MEP disciplines

to resolve clashes and conflicts. Perform

clash detection

and support coordination meetings. Ensure models comply with

project BIM standards, LOD requirements, and BEP

. Update models based on

design changes, RFIs, and site feedback

. Extract quantities and assist in

BOQ and material take-offs

. Maintain proper

model version control and documentation

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
