We are a multidisciplinary architectural and engineering design firm delivering innovative, sustainable, and efficient building solutions across India. Our team is expanding, and we're looking for a skilled BIM Modeller (Architectural & Structural) to join our growing BIM division.

Role Overview

The BIM Modeller will be responsible for developing and coordinating detailed 3D Revit models for architectural and structural systems. You'll collaborate closely with architects, engineers, and consultants to ensure accurate, clash-free, and construction-ready BIM outputs.

Key Responsibilities

Create and manage Revit models for architectural and structural disciplines.

Develop coordinated BIM models adhering to company standards and project BIM Execution Plans (BEP).

Prepare detailed drawings, schedules, and documentation from BIM models.

Collaborate with design and engineering teams to resolve coordination issues.

Manage model updates, version control, and model sharing workflows.

Assist in developing BIM templates, families, and libraries.

Participate in internal BIM reviews and quality checks.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Architecture / Civil / Structural Engineering.

1-2 years of experience as a BIM Modeller (Architectural / Structural).

Strong proficiency in Autodesk Revit (Architecture & Structure).

Knowledge of Navisworks, AutoCAD, and BIM 360 preferred.

Familiarity with LOD standards, BIM coordination, and clash detection workflows.

Good understanding of construction detailing and building systems.

Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Preferred Candidates :

Experience with large-scale or commercial building projects.

Knowledge of international BIM standards (ISO 19650, AIA, etc.).

Autodesk Revit Certification or equivalent credentials.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
