Job Description

Create and manage BIM models for

electrical

plumbing

, and

HVAC

systems using

Autodesk Revit

AutoCAD MEP

, and

Navisworks

Model systems for

residential

high-rise

, and

industrial

buildings with attention to project-specific standards Conduct

clash detection

and resolve coordination issues between MEP and architectural/structural elements Generate

construction documentation

shop drawings

, and

as-built models

Integrate

point cloud data

for retrofit and renovation projects (Scan-to-BIM) Collaborate with design and site teams to ensure model accuracy and timely updates Perform

load calculations

duct sizing

, and

cable tray routing

as per project requirements Maintain and update BIM libraries for frequently used components and families
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
