Model Creation & Management:
Develop and maintain accurate 3D architectural BIM models from design drawings.Coordination:
Integrate architectural models with structural, MEP, and other discipline models to prevent clashes.Documentation:
Generate construction documents (plans, sections, elevations, schedules) and visuals (renderings).Clash Detection:
Run clash detection, report issues, and work to resolve conflicts within the model.Standards & Quality:
Ensure adherence to project BIM standards, templates, and best practices.Family Creation:
Develop and modify Revit families with embedded data (materials, costs).Technical Support:
Assist architects and engineers with BIM processes and software.Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
