Good to Have:

Navisworks, AutoCAD Knowledge of data centers, Autodesk Build, and Collaboration Pro Experience with BIM collaboration platforms:

BIM 360, ACC, Procore, Aconex

Proficient in developing

LOD 400 and 500 models

for data centers and high-rise buildings Hands-on experience with

clash detection and resolution

Must-Have Knowledge:

Expertise in leveraging BIM technologies to ensure project excellence Strong understanding of BIM standards and model coordination Proven ability to lead and manage cross-functional BIM teams Capable of driving innovative BIM solutions and maintaining quality

Roles & Responsibilities:

Develop and implement BIM Execution Plans, standards, and protocols Manage BIM-related risks, issues, and data workflows Create and maintain accurate 3D models, 2D drawings, and data sheets Ensure quality control for all BIM outputs Deliver BIM models and data on time to all stakeholders Identify and resolve quality issues and discrepancies Implement corrective actions to enhance model accuracy and quality Handle client interactions related to BIM implementation Review LOD 300/350 models received from clients and develop detailed shop drawings
