Job Description

We are looking for a Professional

BIM Modeler's

to our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain

BIM models

for

Architectural, Structural and Interior Design

disciplines based on project requirements. Interpret and translate

Architectural, Structural and Interior

into accurate 3D BIM models. Coordinate and collaborate with

Architects, Engineers & Contractors

to ensure seamless model integration. Conduct/perform

Clash detection & resolutions

using Navisworks or similar tools. Implement and maintain

BIM standards, Level of Development (LOD) requirements

. Update and modify models based on Design changes and project requirements.

Qualifications & Skills:

Diploma/Degree in

Civil Engineering

1 to 2 years

of experience as a BIM Modeler or in a similar role. Proficiency in

Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks,

and other BIM-related software. Ability to work as a team and collaborate effectively with different disciplines. Strong

Problem-solving skills

and

attention to detail

Pay: ?10,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
