About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and forward?thinking BIM Manager to lead our Building Information Modelling strategy and execution for major infrastructure and multidisciplinary engineering projects. The ideal candidate will bring strong technical expertise, leadership capability, and hands?on experience delivering BIM requirements for complex projects--especially those in the Middle East region.

This is a key role within our growing team in Chennai, offering the opportunity to work on high?impact projects and collaborate with international stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

Lead BIM implementation across project stages, ensuring compliance with client standards and international best practices.
Develop, manage, and maintain BIM Execution Plans (BEP), workflows, and quality control procedures.
Coordinate multidisciplinary BIM teams and ensure seamless integration of models across architecture, structure, MEP, and infrastructure disciplines.
Oversee model audits, clash detection, and data validation using industry?standard tools.
Provide technical guidance, training, and mentorship to BIM engineers and modelers.
Collaborate with project managers, design leads, and external consultants to ensure timely and accurate BIM deliverables.
Support digital transformation initiatives and contribute to continuous improvement of BIM processes.
Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
8-15 years of BIM experience, with at least 3-5 years in a managerial or lead role.
Proven experience working on Middle East projects (UAE, KSA, Qatar, Oman, etc.) is highly preferred.
Strong background in infrastructure projects such as roads, tunnels, utilities, rail, or large?scale civil works.
Expertise in software such as Revit, Navisworks, Civil 3D, BIM 360, Synchro, or equivalent.
Strong understanding of international BIM standards (ISO 19650, PAS 1192, etc.).
Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder?management skills.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
