We are looking for a skilled BIM Modeller to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing accurate 3D models, generating detailed drawings, and collaborating with project teams to ensure high-quality deliverables. Key Responsibilities:

Develop and manage 3D models using BIM software (Revit, AutoCAD, etc.). Prepare detailed drawings, plans, and construction documents as per project requirements. Coordinate with engineers and project managers to integrate design solutions. Ensure compliance with industry standards, project specifications, and company guidelines. Conduct clash detection and resolve conflicts within models. Update and maintain BIM models throughout project lifecycles. Assist in generating BOQs, material take-offs, and technical reports as required. Stay updated with the latest BIM trends and software advancements.
Educational Qualifications & other requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field. Proven experience as a BIM Modeller in construction, signage, or infrastructure projects. Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD and other BIM software. Strong understanding of building codes, construction standards, and project coordination. Ability to read and interpret architectural, structural, and MEP drawings. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills. Ability to work both independently and within a team environment. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Must have their own laptop.
