Company Description Aariha BIM Studio Pvt Ltd, is a BIM studio at Surat, Gujarat. We mostly serve in Indian AEC industry. Role Description This full-time role requires an on-site BIM Modeler at Aariha BIM Works in Surat. Successful candidates will be responsible for creating Building Information Models (BIMs) using Autodesk Revit and/or other software. The role involves working collaboratively with architects, engineers, and contractors to develop detailed BIMs and coordinate with project stakeholders throughout the design and construction process. Qualifications Bachelor\'s degree in Architecture, Engineering Minimum of 1 years\' experience as a BIM Modeler Proficiency in Autodesk Revit Experience with clash detection, BIM coordination, and creating 3D models for construction documentation Ability to read and interpret drawings and specifications Excellent communication skills to work collaboratively with project stakeholders Strong attention to detail, time-management, and problem-solving skills
