Job Description

Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain

structural BIM models

(LOD 350-500) including reinforcement, connections and fabrication-level details. Produce

shop drawings

(formwork, reinforcement, steel detailing, bar bending schedules). Collaborate with architectural and MEP teams to resolve

coordination issues

. Ensure all models align with the

BEP and QA/QC requirements

Requirements:

Diploma/Degree in Civil/Structural Engineering or equivalent. Strong proficiency in

Revit

, Navisworks; knowledge of Tekla Structures is an advantage. Experience in

reinforcement detailing and structural steel modeling

. Familiarity with

LOD requirements (350-500)

and BIM workflows. Understanding construction sequencing and shop drawing preparation.
