We are seeking a detail-oriented and technically proficient

BIM Modeler with COBie experience

to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing accurate and data-rich Building Information Models (BIM) using Revit or other BIM software, with a strong emphasis on COBie data management for asset information exchange and handover processes.

Key Responsibilities:

Create, update, and maintain BIM models across design and construction phases in Revit or other BIM tools. Integrate and manage COBie (Construction-Operations Building Information Exchange) data into BIM workflows. Ensure that models comply with project-specific BIM Execution Plans (BEP) and industry standards (e.g., ISO 19650). Coordinate and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including architects, engineers, and contractors. Generate clash detection reports and participate in coordination meetings using tools such as Navisworks or BIM 360. Develop and manage families, schedules, and data extraction processes for facility management deliverables. Support the preparation of accurate 2D documentation and shop drawings derived from BIM models. Maintain model integrity, quality control, and documentation throughout the project lifecycle. Assist in training and mentoring junior BIM staff on COBie data management practices.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month
