Job Description

About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented BIM Modeler to join our design and execution team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in creating accurate Building Information Models and coordinating across architectural, structural, and MEP disciplines.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop 3D BIM models using Autodesk Revit and other modeling software.

Prepare and update construction drawings, shop drawings, and details.

Coordinate models with multidisciplinary design teams.

Perform clash detection and resolve issues using Navisworks or similar tools.

Maintain model integrity and documentation standards in accordance with project requirements.

Support design and engineering teams with accurate quantity take-offs and model-based analysis.

Requirements:

Diploma/Degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field.

Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks, and other BIM tools.

Strong understanding of construction methods and building systems.

Familiarity with BIM standards and LOD specifications.

Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work collaboratively and meet deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with Scan to BIM, Revit, or other automation tools is a plus.

Knowledge of ISO 19650 standards is an advantage.
