Job Description

We are looking for a skilled

BIM Plumbing Modeler

with 2-4 years of experience to join our team. The candidate should have strong technical knowledge in plumbing systems and good communication skills to coordinate with internal teams and clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Create and modify

BIM models for Plumbing systems

using Revit Prepare detailed plumbing layouts, drawings, and shop drawings Coordinate with HVAC, Electrical, and Firefighting teams for clash-free models Perform clash detection and resolve issues Follow project standards, codes, and deadlines Communicate effectively with project coordinators and team members

Required Skills & Qualifications:

2 to 4 years of experience as a

BIM Plumbing Modeler

Proficient in

Revit MEP (Plumbing)

Knowledge of plumbing codes and standards Experience in clash detection and coordination

Good communication skills (verbal & written)

Ability to join immediately

Preferred:

Experience working on international projects Team player with attention to detail
