Hello All,

We are looking for BIM MEP Plumbing Modeler for our Kolkata office Salt Lake sector 5.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop detailed

3D BIM models

for

plumbing

and firefighting systems using

Revit MEP

. Prepare and update

shop drawings

,

coordination drawings

, and

as-built models

. Coordinate with architectural, structural, electrical, and HVAC teams to resolve clashes and ensure smooth integration. Implement project-specific BIM standards, LOD requirements, and workflows. Perform

clash detection

and coordination using

Navisworks

or similar tools. Ensure model accuracy, quality, and compliance with company and client standards. Support engineers in design documentation and quantity take-offs. Maintain proper documentation and version control of models and drawings.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Diploma / B.Tech in

Mechanical.

Minimum fresher to 1

years of experience

in

BIM modeling for Plumbing & Firefighting systems

. Strong knowledge of

Revit MEP

,

AutoCAD

, and

Navisworks

. Understanding of plumbing design principles, codes, and standards. Ability to read and interpret design drawings and specifications. Good communication and coordination skills. Knowledge of BIM 360 / Autodesk Construction Cloud (preferred).
