Key Responsibilities

Create accurate

3D BIM models

for Architectural, Structural, and MEP projects using Autodesk Revit. Interpret drawings, specifications, and mark-ups to develop coordinated models. Assist in preparing

LOD-specific BIM deliverables

(plans, sections, elevations, schedules). Support clash detection and resolve coordination issues. Maintain project documentation and ensure model accuracy. Collaborate with architects, engineers, and project managers for effective workflow.

Required Skills

Good knowledge of

Autodesk Revit

and

AutoCAD

(mandatory). Understanding of Architectural, Structural, or MEP elements. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities. Ability to work in a team and meet project deadlines.

Eligibility

Education:

Diploma/BE/B.Tech/B.Arch in Civil, Architecture, Interior Design, or related field.

Freshers:

Female candidates encouraged to apply.

Experienced (0.6 - 3 years):

Male & Female both eligible.
