JOB DESCRIPTION:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Revit Modeler to join our team. As a Senior Revit Modeler, you will be responsible for creating and managing complex building information models using Autodesk Revit software. Your role will involve collaborating with architects, engineers, and other project stakeholders to develop accurate and detailed models that meet project requirements. You will also lead and mentor junior modellers, ensure quality standards are met, and contribute to process improvements.

Responsibilities:

Create and manage detailed building information models using Autodesk Revit. Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other project team members to develop accurate and comprehensive models. Review and interpret architectural and engineering drawings, specifications, and other project documentation. Ensure models adhere to project requirements, industry standards, and best practices. Coordinate with project stakeholders to resolve design conflicts and clashes. Provide guidance and support to junior modellers, including reviewing their work and providing constructive feedback. Collaborate with the project team to identify and implement process improvements and efficiency measures. Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in Revit and BIM technologies. Conduct quality checks on models to ensure accuracy, completeness, and adherence to standards. Assist in the development and maintenance of Revit content libraries and templates.
