with hands-on experience in developing coordinated MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) models using Autodesk Revit and related BIM tools. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating detailed 3D models, coordinating across disciplines, and supporting project teams in delivering high-quality BIM deliverables.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and modify 3D BIM models for MEP services (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, Firefighting).
Coordinate with architectural and structural teams to ensure clash-free designs.
Prepare detailed drawings, layouts, and construction documentation from BIM models.
Conduct clash detection and resolve coordination issues using Navisworks or similar software.
Maintain BIM standards and templates as per project requirements.
Assist in preparing quantity take-offs and schedules from Revit models.
Collaborate with engineers and project managers to ensure timely delivery.
Required Skills and Software Proficiency:
Software:
Autodesk Revit MEP (mandatory), AutoCAD, Navisworks.
Strong understanding of MEP systems and construction drawings.
Knowledge of BIM execution plans, standards, and LOD requirements.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Education and Experience:
Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering.
Experience:
1-3 years (for junior role) / 3-5 years (for senior role) in BIM MEP modeling.
Experience with international projects (preferred).
