Responsibilities:

Develop detailed

MEP (Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing)

models in Revit based on

point cloud data

. Perform

Scan to BIM

modeling with high accuracy and maintaining LOD standards (LOD 300/350/400). Interpret

laser scan data

, point clouds, and convert them into precise BIM models. Coordinate with architecture and structure teams for clash-free MEP models. Use

Navisworks

for clash detection and coordination meetings. Prepare MEP drawings including sections, elevations, and shop drawings. Ensure compliance with project BIM standards and workflows. Maintain documentation and support BIM managers/lead engineers in project execution. Follow quality control procedures to ensure model accuracy.

Requirements:

Minimum

3+ years of experience

as a BIM MEP Modeler. Strong experience in

Scan to BIM projects

using point cloud data. Proficiency in

Revit MEP

, Navisworks, AutoCAD; knowledge of Recap or similar software. Good understanding of MEP services: HVAC, Plumbing, Firefighting, Electrical. Ability to read and understand engineering drawings, specifications, and BIM execution plans. Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
