We are looking for a BIM Modeller - Mechanical to join our team, giving you the opportunity to co-create on some of the most prestigious infrastructure projects in India.

On a day-to-day basis, you'll be responsible for:

• Develop Revit models & SLD's for Mechanical Services (Ventilation, Plumbing and Fire Fighting) from concept stage to detail design stage
• Have good knowledge in preparing parametric Revit families.
• Demonstrate strong understanding and experience in delivering LOD 200 to 400.
• Clash detection and coordination with inter-disciplines and clash resolution.
• Coordinate with design engineer for the information required to prepare Revit models and generate drawings as required.

Furthermore, you'll have:

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in mechanical with 3-8 years of experience.
• Advanced working knowledge of Revit and AutoCAD MEP, Navisworks software
• Ability to develop Dynamo scripts/working knowledge in Dynamo will be added advantage.
• Knowledge of Modelling & preparation of drawings for Electrical & ELV services will be added advantage.
• Good understanding of design concept of any one discipline (HVAC/PL & FF/Elec)
• Good understanding of BIM Standards and workflow.
• Preference will be given to the candidates with working experience in Tunnel and Underground Metro stations.
