- Mechanical BIM Modeler (MEP)

Experience:

3 to 5 Years (Experienced candidates only)

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and manage

3D BIM models

for

Mechanical MEP services

using

Autodesk Revit

and

Navisworks

. Prepare detailed

HVAC, piping and plumbing layouts

, equipment models, and fabrication/shop drawings. Perform

clash detection

and coordinate with architectural, structural, and other MEP disciplines. Review and update models as per design changes and project standards. Support engineers and project managers with accurate BIM data and technical documentation. Ensure compliance with project BIM execution plan and company standards.
Required Skills:

Strong expertise in Autodesk Revit and Navisworks

(mandatory). Good understanding of

Mechanical MEP systems

(HVAC, piping, plumbing). Ability to read and interpret engineering and architectural drawings. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Good communication and teamwork abilities.
