BIM Model Creation

: Develop and maintain BIM models across different project stages, ensuring accuracy and compliance with project specifications.

Collaboration with Design Teams

: Work closely with architects, engineers, and construction teams to integrate BIM models into the overall project workflow.

Quality Control

: Ensure the quality and accuracy of BIM models, conducting regular reviews and updates as required.

Clash Detection and Resolution

: Identify and resolve any clashes within the BIM models, coordinating with project stakeholders to mitigate risks.

Project Documentation

: Prepare and manage documentation related to BIM models, ensuring compliance with industry standards and project requirements.

Software Proficiency

: Auto-CAD, Revit

Key Requirements

Experience

: 3-5 years of experience as a BIM Modeler in the real estate, industrial, or residential sectors.

Education

: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering (B.Tech/B.E.) or a related field.

Software Proficiency

: Proficient in relevant BIM software tools (exact tools not specified).

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
