Job Description

:

We are looking for a BIM Modeler with strong expertise in electrical BIM Modeling and hands-on experience in Revit MEP software. The ideal candidate should have a keen interest in building services design, coordination, and modeling for MEP projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and coordinate detailed Revit MEP electrical models. Prepare drawings, layouts, and documentation as per project requirements. Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other MEP team members for project integration. Ensure compliance with relevant codes, standards, and client specifications. Support design reviews, clash detection, and coordination meetings.

Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Electrical Engineering. Minimum 1 year of experience in Revit MEP (Electrical Design & Modeling). Good understanding of electrical systems (lighting, power distribution, cabling, etc.) in building projects. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Ability to work both independently and in a team environment.
