Coordinate with other disciplines (Electrical, Plumbing, Fire Protection, Architectural, and Structural) to resolve clashes and ensure model accuracy.
Prepare and update
shop drawings
,
sectional views
, and
as-built drawings
.
Generate
schedules, quantities, and equipment tagging
from BIM models.
Participate in
clash detection
using Navisworks and support issue resolution.
Follow company BIM standards and project execution workflows.
Maintain
LOD (Level of Development)
and ensure models meet client and project requirements.
Support engineers in preparing design documentation and technical submissions.
Update model revisions and manage version control through BIM 360 or similar platforms.
Skills Required:
Strong knowledge of
Revit MEP
(HVAC discipline mandatory).
Proficiency in
AutoCAD
,
Navisworks
, and
MS Office
.
Understanding of HVAC design principles (airflow, duct sizing, diffuser placement, etc.).
Familiarity with international codes and standards (ASHRAE, SMACNA, etc.).
Good communication and coordination skills.
