Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented

BIM Modeler

to create, manage, and coordinate Building Information Models for architectural, structural, and/or MEP projects. The role is suitable for

freshers to candidates with up to 2 years of experience

who are eager to learn and grow in the BIM field.

Key Responsibilities

Convert

CAD drawings into BIM models

as per project requirements Create and update 3D BIM models and construction drawings Assist in preparing plans, sections, elevations, and basic schedules Support basic model coordination and clash identification Develop

as-built models

Scan to BIM (S2B) experience is an advantage

Follow project BIM standards, workflows, and naming conventions

Qualifications & Experience

Diploma or Degree holder

in Engineering or Architecture

Fresher to 2 years of experience

can apply Basic understanding of construction drawings and building components

Required Skills & Basics

Knowledge

CAD to BIM workflows

Basic understanding of BIM concepts and 3D modeling Ability to read and interpret architectural / engineering drawings Good attention to detail and accuracy Basic coordination and communication skills Willingness to learn and adapt to project requirements

Additional Requirements

Ready to relocate to Ahmedabad

Ability to work in a team environment and meet deadlines
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
