Job Description

We are looking for a skilled

BIM Modeler

to join our team and support the development of accurate and coordinated Building Information Models for architectural and engineering projects.

Key Responsibilities

Create and develop detailed

BIM models

using

Autodesk Revit

Prepare

LOD 300-400

models as per project requirements Develop

plans, sections, elevations, and details

from BIM models Coordinate models with

architectural, structural, and MEP

teams Manage

linked models, worksets, and model cleanup

Ensure compliance with

BIM standards, templates, and workflows

Detect and resolve

clashes and coordination issues

Support project documentation and drawing production

Required Skills & Qualifications

Diploma / Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related field 2-5 years of experience as a

BIM Modeler

Strong knowledge of

Autodesk Revit

Understanding of

BIM execution plans (BEP)

and modeling standards Experience with

model coordination and file optimization

Basic knowledge of

Navisworks / AutoCAD

(preferred) Good attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines

Preferred Skills

Experience working on

international projects

Familiarity with

LOD, clash detection, and BIM coordination workflows

Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,652.83 - ₹45,820.46 per month
