Educational Qualification :

B Arch

Eligibility:

0-3 years of experience as BIM Modeler Strong understanding of Architecture and Construction drawings Knowledge of all MEP systems (HVAC/Electrical/Fire Fighting system) Proficient in Revit Software

Responsibilities:

Ensure model health and adherence to design specifications. Collaborate closely with architects, engineers, and project managers to develop accurate representations. Participate in project coordination meetings.

Requirements and skills:

Must be able to exercise independent judgment using technical knowledge. Strong attention to detail with emphasis on organization. Ability to work under deadline pressure. Excellent communication skills with team members within office and external client communication.

Pay: ?300,000.00 - ?600,000.00 per year
