Job Description

Responsibilities:

Develop

MEP BIM models

(LOD 350-500) for electrical. Produce

shop drawings, As-Built drawings and builder's work drawings

. Perform

clash detection and coordination

with ARC,STR & Other MEP models. Update models based on design changes and site conditions for

as-built submissions

. Ensure compliance with

BEP and QA/QC workflows

. Collaborate with design engineers and site teams to resolve technical issues.

Requirements:

Diploma/Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or equivalent. Strong proficiency in

Revit

and Navisworks. Experience in

cable tray modeling and equipment detailing

. Familiarity with LOD 350-500 requirements.
