Walk-in Interviews for Architectural BIM Modeler / Coordinator

We are hiring talented and experienced Architectural BIM Modeler / Coordinator to join our dynamic team. If you have a passion for architectural design and BIM, and are looking for an exciting opportunity to contribute to cutting-edge projects, we invite you to attend our walk-in interviews.

Roles & Responsibilities:

*Interpret and understand client requirements, objectives, and preferences.
*Architectural detailing and modeling throughout all design stages from Concept to IFC (Issued for construction).
*Produce Architectural Models from LOD 100 to LOD 500.
*Monitor the design process from Concept to IFC to ensure consistency of Design.
*Coordinate with external consultants and interdisciplinary teams in BIM 360 cloud environment.
*Create all types of Architecture Drawings in Revit, including Area Calculations for all design stages.
*Analyze, identify design issues, and resolve them in collaboration with the Lead Architect.
*Maintain a log of all design changes, their impacts on the project, and coordinate with external parties working in BIM.
*Proficient knowledge in Architecture and Facade Designing / Modeling.
*Ability to multitask, prioritize assignments, and work under tight deadlines.
*Creative thinking, problem-solving abilities, and attention to detail.
*Proficiency in Revit, Navisworks, and SketchUp.

Qualifications:

*Bachelor's/Master's degree in Civil Engineering / Architecture.
*Strong portfolio showcasing proficiency in various Architectural design projects.
*Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Experience:
*Minimum 5 years of experience as an Architecture BIM Modeler / Coordinator.
*Experience working with consultants is preferred.
*Gulf experience will be an added advantage.

Work Location:
*Pune, India

Salary:
Up to 1 Lakh/ Months Depends on your performances in the interview and matching your profile on our selection criteria.
