BIM Modellers (Architecture & Vertical Circulation)

Are you a skilled BIM modeller with a passion for architectural detailing and vertical circulation systems
We're looking for immediate joiners to join our growing team

Role: BIM Modeller - Architecture & Vertical Circulation

Location: Chennai

Experience: 0 -3 Years preferred

Joining: Immediate / Short Notice

Key Responsibilities:

Develop Revit-based BIM models for architectural elements and vertical circulation (stairs, lifts, and ramps).

Coordinate with design teams and other disciplines for clash-free models.

Ensure adherence to BIM standards, LOD requirements, and project timelines

Requirements :

Proficiency in Revit ArchitectureStrong knowledge of staircases, elevators, ramps, and architectural components

Understanding of BIM workflows, standards, and coordination processes

Ability to work in a collaborative team environment
