Job Title: BIM Modeller - Architecture

About the Role:

We are looking for a talented and experienced

BIM Modeller - Architecture

to join our growing team at

BIM Global Solutions

. The ideal candidate should have a strong architectural background with hands-on expertise in Revit, and experience handling complex BIM projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Create accurate 3D architectural models using Revit. Coordinate architectural models with structural and MEP disciplines. Work on models ranging from

LOD 300 to LOD 500

. Prepare drawing sets and construction documentation from BIM models. Follow project-specific BIM execution plans and maintain standards. Collaborate closely with internal teams and external stakeholders.

Required Skills:

Proficiency in

Revit Architecture

and

AutoCAD

. Strong understanding of architectural detailing and construction practices. Knowledge of BIM workflows, clash detection, and coordination. Exposure to international building codes and standards is an advantage. Excellent communication and team coordination skills.

Experience:

Minimum

3 to 6 years

of experience in architectural BIM modeling. Experience with

international projects (US, UK, Middle East)

is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:

Degree or Diploma in Architecture / Civil / related field. Autodesk Revit certification preferred.

Note:

Immediate joiners will be preferred.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month
