About the Role

COENGR is seeking a skilled

BIM Modeler - Architectural

to join our India office. The selected candidate will be responsible for creating and managing accurate

3D architectural models

in line with project requirements, coordinating with other disciplines, and ensuring compliance with BIM standards and workflows. This role requires precision, creativity, and strong collaboration skills.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain

3D BIM architectural models

using Autodesk Revit and other BIM tools. Prepare detailed

drawings, schedules, and construction documentation

in coordination with the design team. Collaborate with structural, MEP, and other disciplines to ensure

clash-free and coordinated designs

. Follow and enforce company

BIM standards, protocols, and execution plans

. Assist in the setup and management of project-specific BIM libraries, templates, and workflows. Conduct

quality checks

to ensure accuracy and compliance with project requirements. Support design presentations, renderings, and technical submissions.

Qualifications & Requirements

Diploma / Bachelor's degree in

Architecture / Civil Engineering

or a related field. 3-6 years of experience as a

BIM Modeler - Architectural

. Proficiency in

Autodesk Revit (Architecture)

, AutoCAD; knowledge of Navisworks is an advantage. Strong understanding of

architectural detailing, design documentation, and construction processes

. Familiarity with

international standards and BIM execution plans

. Good communication and team coordination skills. Experience in UAE projects is a plus.
