The BIM Modeler - ACS will be responsible for creating, developing, and coordinating accurate
Architectural, Structural, and Civil (ACS)
BIM models using industry-standard software, ensuring compliance with project standards, codes, and timelines.
Experience :- 3 to 4 years
Key Responsibilities:
Develop detailed
Architectural and Structural BIM models
as per project requirements.
Prepare
LOD 300/400 BIM models
, shop drawings, GA drawings, and construction documentation.
Coordinate with
MEP teams
to resolve clashes and participate in clash detection meetings.
Implement and follow
BIM standards, templates, and workflows
.
Interpret architectural and structural drawings, specifications, and BOQs accurately.
Support BIM coordination meetings and incorporate design changes as required.
Ensure models comply with
local and international BIM standards
.
Provide necessary BIM outputs for design development, tender, and construction stages.
Maintain model accuracy, naming conventions, and proper documentation.
