Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced

BIM MEP Team Lead

with 6+ years of professional experience in BIM execution for Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing disciplines. The ideal candidate will lead a team of BIM modelers, ensure project quality, manage coordination activities, and deliver accurate models and drawings in alignment with project standards.

Key Responsibilities1. Team Leadership & Coordination

Lead, mentor, and guide a team of BIM MEP modelers and coordinators. Allocate tasks, monitor progress, and manage team performance. Conduct regular reviews to ensure model quality and compliance. Facilitate coordination between Architecture, Structure, and MEP teams.

2. BIM Modeling & Execution

Develop, manage, and review detailed BIM models for HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, and Firefighting systems. Ensure all models follow project BIM standards, LOD requirements, and client guidelines. Support clash detection, model coordination, and issue resolution using Navisworks/Revit tools.

3. Project Management

Plan project timelines and deliverables; ensure on-time and quality output. Communicate effectively with project managers, engineers, and stakeholders. Prepare progress reports, documentation, and BIM execution plans.

4. Technical Expertise

Strong understanding of MEP design principles, codes, and construction practices. Experience working with point cloud data, Scan to BIM (optional but preferred). Proficiency in Revit MEP, Navisworks, AutoCAD; knowledge of Dynamo/BIM360 a plus.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's/Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or related field.

6+ years of experience

in BIM MEP modeling and coordination. Minimum 1+ years of experience in a leadership or senior role. Strong expertise in Revit MEP and Navisworks Manage. Excellent communication and team management skills. Ability to handle multiple projects and work in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills

Experience with international project standards (US/UK/GCC). Knowledge of QA/QC procedures in BIM. Familiarity with BIM documentation and process workflows. Problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail.

Pay: ?840,000.00 - ?1,200,000.00 per year
