Job Description

:

We are seeking a motivated

Junior BIM MEP Modeler (Plumbing)

to join our in-house BIM team. The ideal candidate will assist in creating detailed plumbing system models, coordinating with other MEP services, and ensuring design accuracy as per project standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and update

BIM models

for plumbing systems using

Revit MEP

. Prepare

layouts, schematics, and detailed drawings

based on design inputs. Coordinate plumbing layouts with

HVAC, electrical, and architectural models

. Support senior engineers in

clash detection, quantity take-offs

, and documentation. Ensure all models and drawings comply with

project BIM standards

. Assist in maintaining

BIM libraries

and templates for plumbing components.

Skills & Qualifications:

Diploma/Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.

2+ years

of experience in

BIM MEP modeling (preferably plumbing systems)

. Proficient in

Autodesk Revit MEP

, AutoCAD; basic understanding of Navisworks. Knowledge of

MEP coordination

and plumbing design principles. Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn advanced BIM workflows.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?25,000.00 - ?45,000.00 per month
