We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented

BIM MEP Modeler

to join our team in

Mumbai

. The ideal candidate will have

2 to 3 years of hands-on experience

in Building Information Modeling (BIM) for MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) systems, with a strong understanding of coordination and construction documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and manage accurate 3D BIM models for MEP services (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing). Collaborate with architects, structural engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure model coordination and clash-free designs. Generate 2D drawings and construction documentation from 3D models. Perform clash detection using tools like

Navisworks

, and resolve conflicts in coordination meetings. Update models based on design changes and construction revisions. Adhere to project-specific BIM standards, workflows, and naming conventions. Assist in creating and maintaining BIM content and libraries.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical / Electrical / Civil Engineering. 2-3 years of proven experience in BIM modeling for MEP services. Proficient in software tools such as

Revit MEP, AutoCAD, Navisworks

, and other BIM platforms. Good understanding of MEP systems design and construction processes.
