We are hiring for BIM MEP Electrical Modeler for our Kolkata office Salt Lake sector 5 ..Experience:- 0 to 1 year

Key Responsibilities: Create, develop, and update 3D electrical models in Revit (and other BIM tools) as per project requirements.

Prepare and coordinate MEP electrical drawings, layouts, and construction documents.

Ensure all designs comply with project specifications, standards, and codes.

Collaborate with architects, mechanical, plumbing, and structural teams to resolve clashes and maintain coordinated models.

Participate in clash detection, design reviews, and quality checks.

Assist in preparing shop drawings, as-built drawings, and project documentation.

Support BIM coordinators and engineers in model updates, revisions, and documentation control.

Stay updated with the latest BIM technologies, standards, and industry practices.Key Skills & CompetenciesStrong proficiency in Revit MEP (Electrical) and AutoCAD.

Knowledge of BIM standards and workflows.Understanding of electrical systems such as lighting, power distribution, fire alarm, cable trays, and low voltage systems.

Familiarity with Navisworks, clash detection, and coordination processes.

Ability to interpret and implement engineering drawings and specifications.

Attention to detail with strong organizational and communication skills.

Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Qualifications & ExperienceDiploma / B.Tech / B.E. in Electrical Engineering or related discipline.

Strong knowledge in BIM MEP electrical modeling.
