BIM Model Development

: Develop and manage detailed BIM models for MEP systems, ensuring they meet project specifications and industry standards.

MEP Coordination

: Coordinate with other engineering disciplines and stakeholders to resolve any conflicts in the BIM model, ensuring seamless integration of MEP services.

Clash Detection and Resolution

: Conduct clash detection exercises using BIM software to identify and resolve conflicts between MEP systems and other building components.

Documentation and Reporting

: Prepare and maintain accurate documentation and reports related to the MEP BIM model, including RFI responses and design change notices.

Quality Assurance

: Ensure that all MEP BIM models are developed and maintained with high quality and accuracy, following best practices and company standards.

Software Proficiency

: Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks, Revit MEP, AutoCAD MEP

Key Requirements

Experience

: 2-5 years of experience in BIM MEP engineering within the relevant industry sectors.

Education

: Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering (B.Tech/B.E.) or a related field.

Software Proficiency

: Proficient in relevant BIM software tools used for MEP modeling and coordination.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in large-scale projects Familiarity with advanced BIM processes and tools
