About ECOMES:

ECOMES is a dynamic company specializing in smart and sustainable construction. We provide BIM models up to LOD 500 and focus on Green Building and Energy analysis & Certifications.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and model MEP systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire protection) using BIM tools (Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD). Collaborate with architects and engineers to integrate MEP systems into the overall building design. Perform clash detection and resolve conflicts using BIM coordination tools. Create detailed 3D models, drawings, and construction documentation for MEP systems, ensuring compliance with codes and standards. Review and coordinate with MEP teams, contractors, and stakeholders to optimize designs. Help develop and implement BIM standards and workflows for MEP projects. Provide technical support and training on BIM tools and MEP design practices.
