BIM modeling and coordination. The candidate will work closely with design, coordination, and project teams to deliver high-quality BIM models as per project standards.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and modify
MEP BIM models
using
Revit MEP
Prepare detailed
shop drawings
, layouts, and sections
Perform
clash detection & coordination
using
Navisworks
Coordinate with architectural, structural, and other MEP disciplines
Ensure BIM standards, LOD requirements, and project timelines are met
Assist in quantity take-offs and model-based deliverables
Support site and project teams with technical clarifications
Required Skills
Strong proficiency in
Revit MEP
Hands-on experience in
MEP coordination
Knowledge of
Navisworks Manage
Good understanding of
MEP systems
(HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire Fighting)
Familiarity with
BIM standards and workflows
Basic knowledge of
AutoCAD
(added advantage)
Preferred Qualifications
Diploma / Bachelor's degree in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering
Experience in
Commercial, Residential, or Industrial projects
Immediate joiner or short notice period preferred

Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
